Declaration of conformity
EU Declarations of conformity are part of every product that has a CE marking. With this well-known marking, the manufacturer declares that the CE-marked product complies with the currently applicable legal requirements of the European Union and is therefore suitable for the specified applications (e.g. use in a potentially explosive atmosphere or use as a gas appliance)
With the EU Declaration of conformity, the manufacturer declares responsibility for the product and lists the legal acts applicable to the product. Below is a selection of the legal acts applicable to GOK products:

- DGR / PED: Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU
- EMV / EMC: Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
- GGV / GAR: Gas Appliances Regulation (EU) 2016/426
- MR / MD: Guideline on Machinery (EU) 2023/1230
- NSR / LVD: Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
- RED: Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU
- RoHS: Directive on Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances 2011/65/EU
In addition, the EU Declaration of conformity lists the technical rules applied and, where applicable, their verification, e.g. by a Declaration of type approval issued by an accredited testing laboratory.
