Kitchen exhause fuse LPG type EMS for monitoring of the the exhaust system and control of the gas supply in commerically used kitchen facilities.
The fitting combination is compulsory if the connected gas equipment have a consumption of more than 14 kilowatt hours which can be provided by the evaporation capacity of the supply system on a permanent basis.

The central control unit KCU coordinates the individual components like pressure monitor DW and the solenoid valves including upstream ball valve with integrated thermal cut-out device "T". The cooker and hobs receive LPG only when the extractor hood is working.
