General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

The EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) has already been at the centre of attention for many participants in supply chains. At GOK, we have always viewed product safety as a priority, for the simple reason that it is in line with our company philosophy. Therefore, we have been meeting the (supposedly new) requirements of the GPSR for some time, and can offer you, as our specialist business partner, the greatest possible security in dealing with our products and this regulation.

Labelling
GOK products are labelled according to the applicable legal requirements or technical rules. This includes direct labelling on the products. If this is not possible due to space constraints, the labelling is in the assembly and operating manual or packaging accompanying the product.

Verification
If you would like to find out more, you can do so, for example, through our respective declarations of conformity and performance or manufacturer's declarations. These also describe the concrete basis for the verifications. They are also included with the products as required.
