Introduction of a supplementary charge July 1, 2026

The economic conditions in industry and procurement markets have changed noticeably again in recent months. Ongoing increases in the costs of raw materials, energy, transportation, packaging and labor continue to place growing pressure on the entire supply chain.

At the same time, geopolitical uncertainties and increasing requirements regarding security of supply are creating additional challenges. As a result of extensive efforts to improve efficiency, optimize processes and control costs, we have so far absorbed the majority of these cost increases.

In order to continue providing the high level of product quality, delivery reliability and service you have come to expect from us, we are now compelled to pass on part of these additional costs.

Therefore, we will apply a cost surcharge (TZ) of 4.9% to all deliveries from July 1, 2026 onwards.

The surcharge will be shown transparently at item level in a separate TZ column on quotations, order confirmations and invoices. The underlying product prices will remain unchanged. This approach ensures maximum transparency and helps us avoid a permanent adjustment of our price lists. 

The surcharge is determined solely by the delivery date. It will be applied to all deliveries from July 1, 2026 onwards, regardless of the order date or purchase order date. 

We will continue to closely monitor developments in procurement and cost markets and regularly review the necessity of this surcharge. Our goal remains to be a reliable and capable partner for your business.
