Now available: type HS-V.3 anti-siphon device
2 Oct 2026GOK is expanding its range with the diaphragm-operated type HS-V.3 anti-siphon device. It retains the proven functions of the HS-V.2 and adds further features.
Protection against potential siphoning
If the maximum filling level in a fuel oil consumer installation is above the lowest point of the suction line, a safety device to prevent siphoning is required. In the event of a leak, the anti-siphon device prevents fuel oil from escaping from the tank uncontrollably. This helps protect the installation and the environment from potential damage.
Features shared by the HS-V.2 and HS-V.3
Both anti-siphon devices provide an adjustable safety height with an ergonomic scale, integrated pressure relief and straightforward functional testing at the specified five-year intervals. They can also be installed in tank access chambers and are designed for ambient temperatures from –25 °C to +40 °C.
Their design takes the relevant regulations and standards into account: DWA-A 779, DWA-A 791, TRÖl, DIN 4755 and EN 12514.
Additional features of the HS-V.3
The HS-V.3 is also suitable for modern paraffinic fuels such as HVO. Further features include a patented closed system, an odour-tight design and pressure relief on both sides. Its optimised hydraulics reduce flow resistance; the setting corresponds directly to the safety height.
The HS-V.2 remains available as a proven option in the GOK range. The HS-V.3 adds further features to the range. The suitable variant for a specific installation depends on the installation conditions and the fuel used.
The HS-V.2 remains available.
