Ventil für Labor-Sicherheitssystem Typ LCU 300
mit dem Labor-Sicherheitssystem LCU 300 können zwei verschiedene Ventile überwacht werden
- folgende Ventile sind möglich:
- zentrale Absperreinrichtung VCC für alle Brenngase nach DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260, bestehend aus: einem Doppel-Magnetventil ohne Geschlossenstellungskontrolle als Absperrventil vor den Labor-Sicherheitsventilen
- Laborsicherheitsventil VCL, bestehend aus: einem Doppel-Magnetventil mit Geschlossenstellungskontrolle und optional Leckageprüfung, entsprechend DVGW-Regelwerk, Arbeitsblatt G 621 (A)
- Laborsicherheitsventil VAL, bestehend aus: einem Magnetventil mit Geschlossenstellungskontrolle und optional Leckageprüfung, entsprechend DVGW-Regelwerk, Arbeitsblatt G 621 (A)
- die Laborsicherheitsventile VCL und VAL bestehen aus einem Doppel- bzw. einem einfachen Magnetventil mit integriertem Drucksensor und verhindern, dass Gas austritt. Im Störfall - etwa bei einer Gasleckage oder bei Druckabfall - schließt es die Gaszufuhr automatisch und zuverlässig ab.
- EG-Baumuster; geprüft und zertifiziert im Anwendungsbereich der EU-Gasgeräteverordnung (EU/2016/426)
- maximaler Eingangsdruck: pemax 360 mbar (bei Bezeichnung "03")
pemax 500mbar (bei Bezeichnung "05") - Anschluss: bds. Rp-Innengewinde (optional mit MS-Verschraubungen) oder bds. Viega-Verschraubung
- Nennweite: DN 15, DN 20 oder DN 25
